FRESH Justice Fighting for Justice for All

FRESH Justice is the Foundation for Racial, Economic, Social and Historical Justice and operates mainly in the states of New York and New Jersey. Founded in 2017, its broad purposes are:

To promote and protect the civil and human rights of all persons.
To promote reconciliation, tolerance, and understanding among people of diverse ethnic, geographic, economic and national backgrounds by confronting and overcoming distortions of historical reality and by correcting distortions of public and social memory.
To promote public policies and choices that minimize adverse impacts to the environment and to human life, while preventing the unequal distribution of environmental hazards among vulnerable populations.

FRESH Justice is committed to holding all persons invested with public trust accountable, regardless of political affiliation. We don’t care who you are! You must do your job and do it with fairness and equity.
